The ERFRN Board of Directors is elected by the general membership and is composed
of 13 members: two from each of the four counties, 1 at large, and 4 designated providers
representing the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, comprehensive
community behavioral health agency, public health and education. The majority of board
members are non-providers of services and represent local communities and families.
